Parking Instructions
To access our secure parking garage, drive to the larger of two garage doors (east door on the downhill end of the building). If you have a cell phone, please call us at 206-329-1011 and dial "0". We have 7 parking spaces available for visitors.

If you don't have a cell phone, park your car in the 30-minute loading zone and go to the front entrance phone and call CCR. Ask to have the garage door opened. It will take a minute for the door to open. Enter the garage and look for the spaces that are marked “Reserved for Suite 300”. When exiting the garage, a sensor will open the door. Be sure to pull forward to the door to trigger the sensor.
