Evaluation
Intentional support for and learning about the needs of family, friend and
neighbor caregivers is an emerging field of work and study. With the help
of our evaluators, Organizational Research Services
www.organizationalresearch.com,
we have incorporated evaluation into our work from the first year of the
project. We continue to learn about effective methods to reach and deliver
services to caregivers and the children in their care. Research conducted
by the Human Services Policy Center at the University of Washington
www.hspc.org/publications/educating_caring.aspx
has served to inform work in Seattle/King County since the project’s inception
in 2001.
